Bob Deitch

Bob Deitch passed away on January 4, 2006.

Bob Deitch had been sick for seven months when he died that evening of non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Bob was an early member of the American Hemp Council in Los Angeles California. He authored a book on the economic history of the Drug War, and a Dictionary of Architecural Terms. Bob was an activist who helped on the California Hemp Initiative drives of the 1990s with Jack Herer and Chris Conrad, as well as many other hemp related activities in the LA area. The USA Hemp Museum was the recipient of many books and other items of Bob's. Bearded with silver gray hair, Bob always had a great smile on his face. He will be missed.
